Get out those building blocks your toddler hasn't played with for months and get ready for building week!
Check out Busy Building Site for this week's book. And why don't you sing London Bridge is Falling Down?
Pour those building blocks into an open tub and leave them out. See what happens. Building towers, knocking them down, hiding the blocks around the room, wrapping them up and tracing around them to match the shapes. Turns out simple can be fun.
You need your washable paint for this week's arts and crafts activity. Use your building blocks as stamps and see what patterns you can make. Added win if you can use the same set of colours as your blocks and match them up after the paint is dry.
Keeping it simple for this week's active play idea. Take any sofa or scatter cushions you can find and put them on the floor. Challenge your toddler to jump across them, stack them up or drive cars over them. Let your imagination run wild.
This week print off some building themed colouring in.

DownloadNext week get some farfalle pasta and red lentils in your shopping! You'll also need some washable paint - this crayola one is a hit at Toddler Hacks HQ.
